Everyone, we all benefited from Fr. Amonious's great lesson on open-mindedness. It was really insightful, if you get a chance as someone who was there for a summary, but basically, we need to reach out to the rest of God creations, other humans, but not by getting in their faces with pamphlets, but by hospitality and positive interpersonal relations. In addition, stereotypes and other prejudices prepare you only to look down upon others which makes it impossible to serve them (Fr.'s example: labelling all people of one race as bad drivers....and it was hilarious because there was an asian in the room, which as also ironic since the lesson was about being openminded and moving beyond out coptic group)
Really great meeting, inspired us to hold more inter-univeristy meetings so keep and eye out

We've decided to unveil our undercover operations as CCSA execs, and show you guys what goes on behind closed doors. Our class 4 top secert meetings will now be summarized for all to see, ofcourse they had to be heavily cut and edited for the sake of public safety. Please read these at your own discretion, once you open your eyes, you can go back. Its red pill-blue pill time... make your decision.

Heres a preview of what's to come, it's of our meeting with top CIA officials last month:

September 28^th, 2008

Events:

· CCSA meeting: Thursday November 6^th, date and location TBA

-Andrew will contact Abouna Bishoy asap

-we need a topic (marriage, worry/stress, etc..)

· Paintball: Friday November 14^th, 2008 from 3-6 pm at “Next paint ball field” located at 645 Kingston road, pickering. Map & directions: http://ca.maps.yahoo.com/map?q2=645%20Kingston%20Road+Pickering+ON&lon=-79.1172&lat=43.8177&mag=5

-We need to get the pricing before Thursday the 6^th (the meeting) so we can tell everyone at the meeting

-We need to book it preferably right after the meeting, with the option to add people later on

· Sushi lunch: Friday November 21^st, from 1-3pm. Location TBA, Pickering - Scarborough location ideal (Simon looking for location)

· Christ awareness: November 12^th - October 1^st

-new bulletin board (contact Sandy and Marina Saad)

-UTSC survival package (map, internet locations, easy way to get around, eat/study)

Website:

· Andrew will begin St. of the month,

· Lets add a counter to the website (Kareem)

· Every exec needs to review the constitution

· Simon will create meeting summaries and monthly calendars to post

Funding:

· Joey will look into a back account with RBC

· Sami will look into regulations to get funding from school

· Joey will try to get the funding requisition form from Albany

Other:

· We need to collect order for Coptic club T-shirts ASAP

· Intranet account and password – Joey, lets use it for events

· We lost the sheet with everyone’s emails, got to finds it asap

Future:

· Abouna Amonious in the middle of Christmas break

· Rinks, boston pizza, Kelsey’s, montana’s (notice the 3:1 ratio for food:outings) etc… future event, to start off new semester

**Needs immediate attention:**

· Funding is due tomorrow

· constitution is due in 2 days

· we need to book a room and send an email about the meeting on Thursday (don’t mention Abouna incase he cant come)

· Order for t-shirts
